There’s something to say about getting lost in the process. Often times I think a lot of photographers forget why and how they came to be photographers and are so narrowly focused on getting the project done, that we forget the process.
Last year I purchased one of the best cameras ever made, a Mamiya RZ67. Hardly a camera to travel around the world with and better suited for studio. The last few weeks I’ve been shooting a lot with this camera and have found that the slow, cumbersome nature of both the camera, film and scanning of film has re sparked “The Process”.
Posted above are a couple photos from my trip around the Caribbean. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
